It’s very simple: as soon as your vehicle is identified as the “best match” for an express shipper’s request registered on the Express-Online platform, our operators send you a request to agree on the transport price and confirm your availability. The relevant express shipper then contacts you directly by email and/or phone. The Express-Online platform also sends you their contact details.

The “Express-Online” service is intended for organizers of national and European express road transport (Shippers) who
wish to benefit from the innovative Express-Online search system that allows them to be directly connected with the
“most suitably located available express carrier” for each of their searches. This saves them search time and improves
their subcontracting costs for urgent and customized transport services (“taxi-parcel”).
A forecasting and anticipation tool, Express-Online relies on geolocation and takes into account the movement of vehicles over time and space to identify return routes that partially or fully match vehicle search requests in France and Europe. Express-Online primarily targets matches between vehicle searches and return trips.
No, Express-Online does not intervene in the transaction. Reloading rates are negotiated directly between the clients and carriers based on indicative standard prices proposed by the platform. The co-contracting parties may freely deviate from these standard prices within a margin of approximately 20%.
The estimated price is set by our algorithms. It takes into account the carrier’s geographical location, the detour needed to complete the job, common practices in the profession, the characteristics of the vehicle, the base per-kilometer rate used by the carrier for this vehicle… The final price is generally the same or very close to the estimated price and results from quick exchanges via email and notifications between our platform, the shippers, and the carriers. This method ensures that the platform is used in accordance with its purpose, both by shippers and carriers.
Express-Online covers the entire French and European territory.

Every shipper has the legal obligation to pay the transport invoices addressed to them within a maximum period of 30 days, in accordance with Article L. 441-11 Paragraph 5 of the French Commercial Code, amended by Ordinance No. 2019-359 of April 24, 2019. The carrier can hold the contracting shipper accountable, particularly in cases of late payment.
Each carrier can register between 1 and 5 vehicles.
