To register, simply access the registration process and follow the instructions. At the end of the process, you must upload your certificate of registration with the transport commission register (CIRCT), a K-bis extract dated within the last 6 months, and any other supporting documents that may be requested.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

When will I be able to use the Express-Online platform?<\/h2>\n

It is an agreement that specifies the technical and commercial terms of the relationship between your company and Perceval-Express. What are my duties toward Express-Online carriers?<\/h2>\n

As a ‘shipper’ member, you agree to be reachable at all times during a mission and to pay transport invoices within 30 days, in accordance with Article L. 441-11 Paragraph 5 of the Commercial Code as amended by Ordinance No. 2019-359 of 24 April 2019. Simply perform ‘vehicle searches’ via the web access provided to you once your registration is validated and the partnership agreement signed with Perceval-Express. You set prices directly with your co-contractors using the platform’s indicative ‘standard’ prices. Prices are freely negotiated between ‘express shippers’ and ‘express carriers’, as long as they remain close to the recommended rates for dedicated urgent transport. The 20% price range helps ensure the platform is used as intended.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Full addresses will be communicated directly to co-contractors via your own tools (emails, business software, phone, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Under no circumstances: data collected on the www.express-online.com site is made available to subscribers as part of its operation and may not be used for purposes other than the site’s objective: facilitating connections between express transport professionals. No, responsibility for driver safety and rest times lies with carriers and, where applicable, principals\u2014not with the Express-Online platform.
